The role will serve as the HVAC discipline expert within the engineering team, ensuring systems are started up safely, meet user requirements, and are ready for facility operations.
Key Responsibilities
- ✓Lead startup activities for multiple HVAC systems across the facility.
- ✓Serve as the primary HVAC subject matter expert within the engineering team.
- ✓Ensure HVAC systems are started up safely and meet defined user requirements.
- ✓Coordinate startup activities, resolve technical issues, and support system readiness.
- ✓Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to meet project timelines.
- ✓Support HVAC system implementation in Greenfield or new facility startup projects.
Requirements & Qualifications
- •Minimum 5+ years of HVAC engineering experience.
- •Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple HVAC systems simultaneously.
- •Experience supporting system startup activities or Greenfield projects.
- •Strong understanding of HVAC system operation, troubleshooting, and performance requirements.
- •Ability to work collaboratively with engineering and project teams.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- +Pharmaceutical manufacturing or life sciences facility experience.
- +Experience with HVAC startup in new facility construction projects.
- +Knowledge of HVAC requirements in regulated manufacturing environments.
- +Strong technical leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
